Florella Clemenceau Apartment

The apartment has potential. It's in very good location - short walking distance to restaurants, beach, shopping street but on less noisy road. Little kitchen was a nice extra and the bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were nice and clean. Online check in process was little time consuming but worked quite well.

All through we all and all had a quite nice stay in the apartment, we wouldn't unfortunately stay again. We had some difficulties to find the right place since the door didn't have very good markings on it (company logo, house number etc.) The bathroom had a very bad drain smell all the time and we had to keep the door always closed. There was also broken/dirty trash cans which need replacing/repairing/cleaning. Floors and tables are little worn out but that didn't bother us. The sofa was uncomfortable (pillows falling). Wifi didn't work. The kitchen machines need more proper cleaning. There was fingerprints, grease, crums etc. for example on toaster & coffee capsule machine. Sinks, showers, toilet and other were nicely cleaned though.

The location is good. The apartment is small but manageable for some days

The checkin process is too long. The caution is way to high for the apartment and was not clearly communicated prior the initial payment. There was no AC in the bedroom.

No wifi connection at all, and very disturbing process to make reservation,

Very nice host, easy enter with keybox, free coffee, very good location of the apartment.

Many extra costs (tourism, deposit, insurance...)

Bed room is good

Landlord asked Euro 750 deposit and did not submit passcode to enter the apartment till it is paid.If we knew that our choice would be another location Wifi is very poor. Coach in the living room is not stable and uncomfortable Locker room in not in the building so we carried all our bags 3 km away for locker service. We forget one small bag in the apartment but after 2 hours we informed but bag was lost.
