Florella Clemenceau Apartment

The apartment was clean, with a good air conditioning system. The position was central.

First, I didn't like the check-in procedure. We were asked to enter the apartment after 4pm, which - I think - is a little bit late with respect to other apartments' standard. Since the check-in was in the middle of the afternoon, we asked to leave the luggages somewhere. The office where we could leave them was not near the apartment, so we spent a lot of time travelling to and from the office. Second, the shower doors did not close properly. Furthermore, internet connection was not working (in neither of the two flats we stayed in). I told them that I needed a working wifi for work and they told me that someone would come to the apartment the next day to fix internet connection, but no one came. The staff asked us to provide A LOT of information before our arrival, to give them a €1500 deposit (for only 3 nights!!!) and to pay €50 if we were not able to throw out the rubbish before check-out, but they failed in providing us with basic things.

Location was amazing, great value for money and flat size was decent. Flat overall was clean and would stay there again, had a pleasant stay.

The air con would make noises all night every few seconds in the main bedroom through the wall but managed to get to sleep was not a huge problem. The sinks didn’t drain properly almost as if they were blocked. Also the emails I received were a bit ambiguous as one stated that linen and towels wouldn’t be provided but the next email then said it was and that was a little stressful not knowing if we would get any.

we love the place co’z it was so accessible to all, supermarket,restaurant, train station and also in the beach.

nothing, for us it was all good.

great accommodation especially for extended stays. the Apt was clean and well located. overall access was easy and convenient and at a good price.

parking is a little difficult to find.
