the location was perfect

it smelt bad - there was a smell coming from the kitchen although we hadn’t used it and we couldn’t figure out what it was from. the duvet was very very dirtu bit we put it in the cover snd used it.. there was only one set of v old towels and we asked for another set but noone bothered to reply

We had a problem with the key boxes. In my opinion the key box was out of order or we got the wrong code. But the apartment staff helped by providing a spare key.

Location is good & access is easy; although a few steps so not ideal if with kids

You book, you pay in advance & yet you cannot gain access without paying City Tax in advance of receiving the keys. In my case this was 3,60 Euros VERSUS a booking of 900 Euros which I had already paid. Prior to arriving (day before) I checked if I could pay the City Tax in person at the Apartment. I was told, "yes." This is not correct, I had to find out upon my arrival that with my bags I needed to walk back to where I came from (next to Cannes Train Station) 20 mins away, to pay the City Tax. This whole lack of Customer Service is not acceptable, not conv & would prevent me from recommending & certainly never staying again.

The location is good. The parking of the great plage is in 1,2 km walking.

The communication between the website and the client should be brief and efficient. The procedures between the booking and the check-in should to be shorter.

Really nice apartment. New and colourful, with nice little finishing touches and details. Couple of coffee capsules for the coffee machine, tea bags and cookies were also provided. Location is also really good.

No lift and narrow ramp of stairs difficult to go up with if you have little ones and have to carry a pram.

Apartment was great, location was awesome

Issues with check in, not a friendly welcome, treatment was rude. The initial conversation with the girls was great though, only the check in was awful.

Horrible experience, 750 euro deposit for a one night stay is outrageous, a lot of paperwork to do beforehand that just wastes time, and the place, location was average at best.
