Patong Hemingway's Hotel

Except the noisy construction work opposite the hotel (and my room and balcony) it was a good experience. Good location and nice & friendly staff. Good food and affordable selection in the restaurant. Nice pool on rooftop.

Nice hotel located in a back alley close to all the action. However until the construction is done right accros the alley I wouldn't stay here

Great service and staff. We stayed here for a bucks party as it's near Bangla road.

Friendly staff, poor English, they helped me a lot in changing my room to the 7th floor to avoid construction sound. Excellent food with good prices. Mattress is horrible like a rock and I am suffering from my back till now. 5 mins away from Bangla road.

my 3rd stay in this hotel, love the location, its in the middle of everything yet in a quiet location, great staff, guest friendly if you know what i mean, overall great hotel, i do not even consider other options

Superb staff throughout the hotel. Friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Smooth check in check out service. Special mention for roof pool staff especially Joanne. On the negative side, the hotel restaurant is not an experience you want to try, placed on order only to be told 20 minutes later they didn't have the food. Starters took 45 minutes and were wrong. Main course eventually arrived the order was also wrong and food was cold. The hotel manager did apologise the next day and gave complimentary drinks, however the restaurant experience was the worst i have ever experienced in all my years travelling. One other note, it should have been mentioned at time of booking that there was a construction site literally 20 yards from hotel so we were awoken most mornings.I would not let this stop anyone staying here as it is a superb hotel for a reasonable price.

The hotel is somewhat hidden but is well located in the centre of Patong, close to shopping, many restaurants and Bangla Road. The staff is friendly and tries to make your stay a good one. Its a small hotel, but its still has a outside pool (rooftop). The only real current issue would be that the hotel is facing a construction site so the noise can be bothersome.

Good enough for a budget stay..Hotel is located within 8 minutes walk to Bangla Walking Street and 10 minutes walk to Patong Beach. it is also close to shopping mall. Easy access to shopping, massage, pubs and restaurants without hearing the night life noise! But hotel staff can improve their service..(Attending the guests enquirers propmtly/Smile on the face..etc)..

great customer service, we had an issue with our AC on the first night (kept clicking on and off) we let the front desk know and they switched us rooms right away. Rooftop bar is a hidden gem
