Patong Hemingway's Hotel

This small boutique hotel is ideally located in the street name of Soi Sansabai. Just tucked away of the main street, but if you want to be close to Bangla Road, Jungceylon Shopping Centre, then this hotel is a must. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and has a nice pool roof top pool. The only 2 negatives is that there was construction going on in the hotel around 9am. Bathroom renovations, jack hammer going full steam ahead and the next 2 days of chisel work. It would have been better if this work would have been started at 12pm as a lot of guests would have been sleeping, including me! The other is that there looks like there will be a new hotel being built opposite, so there will be another lot of noise and construction going on in the future.

Nice hotel for the price staff are awesome especially the boys at the pool everyone says hello and wants to help. Rooms pretty good and close to everything

Stayed 1st wk of Sept. Great hotel. 1-2 min walk from bangla street, yet vry quite n calm in the resort. Wud like to specially thank Ms. Game @ reception and Ms. Toey @ restaurant. Both were always vry polite and best at their service. Having ppl like them is a great asset for the hotel industry. Great food, rooms are spacious n clean. Lot of travel agents around. ( book with Patong Tiger Tour, most cheapest) Overall vry gud property. Will definitely recommend

Excellent location - close to Bangla Road and short walk to beach. Very quiet area, Great staff, especially barman Charlie and waiter Appl - all very friendly and helpful. Asked for a topper for the bed as Thai beds can be quite hard. - this was made available immediately. Breakfast was good - enough hot variety for us. Would recommend this hotel to couples and singles. Definitely will return

Kudos to the management for kund of staff they have hired ( very helpful). Rooms are clean and sufficiently big, and location is superb. Walking distance from beach and almost on bangla road, still quiet enough for a good sleep. Thumbs up

Positives - helpful friendly staff. Good restaraunt, 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, street vendors, shopping and bangla road. Even though it's so close to everything it's still quiet. They provide beach towels to take with you for the day. 7-11 and bank right around the corner. Negatives - bed was extremely hard. No barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom floor. Small patio. All in all it was a good stay, would stay again.

It was great for a stopover. Very central and close to the big mall. Advantage of being in a side street so it is quiet at night to sleep.
