There were cockroaches in the room. Non of the applianes were connected to a plugin. The appliance wires could not reach where the plufin was. I had to move the tea/coffee tray to an end table next to a bed to be able to heat water

The condition of the hotel is very low standard and the staff behaviour with the guests are pathetic and questionable the cleanliness of the locality is very poor and it's just waste of money

Hotel location not suitable for families with kids and old people because of very steep road. Very small (actually tiny) washroom. Carper not well cleaned, No wifi in the room. the reception/ customer service is poor and not welcoming. the hotel better rated as 2.5 stars

"such a scam and terrible hotel"

the hotel is such a scam. we had a booking for two rooms and they were fighting with us for 6 hours that we only had a booking for one room and that we should pay extra although our booking was already paid!!! when we finally confronted them after contacting hotel.com with their own confirmation numbers they gave us the rooms. we booked two rooms for 7 people including two kids with each room having three beds, the room barely has a space for two people to move around. it is soooo small. the other joke is that we had the room booked and paid with breakfast and again they were fighting with us that we didnt book breakfast, when we yelled and asked for the police they decided to back off and give us our breakfast. the hotel is such a scam

the hotel is surrounded by infrastructure works so its very hard to reach and being up hell it is totally not suitable for older ppl or ppl with knee or back issues

"Inaccessible and no wifi"

This hotel is on top of a very steep hill. It’s completely unsuitable for families, particularly those with young children or elderly parents. Although the hotel does operate a shuttle service up and down the hill, it’s terribly inconvenient and not always accessible. The second biggest issue is the WiFi. There is no WiFi in the bedrooms. You have to clamber in the reception to use the WiFi, together with dozens of others! Otherwise, the hotel is average. Rooms are a little dated, the buffet is decent, staff are ok.
