No internet in the rooms and the road to Haram is not friendly

The best thing about the hotel is it’s proximity to the haram - it’s about a 6 minute walk to Masjid al-Haram, and there are shuttles every few minutes that take you to the base of the hill. The room itself was fine, but a big issue was the lack of WiFi in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was also on the smaller end, and overall the hotel felt more like a three star than a four star one.

It's a nice hotel, facilities were ok and there was nothing to complain about. The walk from the hotel to the masjid isn't too far, about 10 mins in total to get to a place inside where you can pray. It's a steep uphill walk back from the masjid though, and the placement on the map can be a little decieving, you have to walk round a little before getting to the masjid, rather than a straight walk like with Swissotel for example. If you're ok to be doing some walking, then this hotel is in a decent location, but there are of course better locations and hotels. For the price you pay, I'd say it's a nice hotel, but probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the uphill struggle and could probably get less of a struggle elsewhere for not much more expensive.

It was ok, first no one understand English,the breakfast was all Arabic , it should be mixed to accommodate all Asian people ascwell

The Shuttle service was hopeless and they provide around 100 meters up and down the hill as the hotel is on height. The electric vehicles were for display only and very rarely used. The internet was hopeless and never wirkbindige the rooms, you should come to the lobby to use that which was very slow due to heavy load. The cleness was another issue and furniture was old. I will never recomond to stay in this hotel.

Many works needs to be done at the hotel.. pictures are different than what we found inside. Will not recommend anyone in there

Spacious room. Need little more cleaning. Close to Haram, shuttle service helped sometimes.
