"Not a 4 star but good location"

The location is good so I would recommend to a friend assuming the are ok with going up a hill for about 2 mins and good budget hotel. There is a shuttle bus that take you up to the hotel avoiding the hill but actually quicker just to walk it. The staff service was ok however the rooms are a bit run down. Internet was good. I would not stay there with family/kids as it is a bit too run down.

"Not a good experience"

In terms of value of money you have to think twice before book this hotel. I believe this information should be published from the beginning that the hotel is placed on a hilly area and there is no active shuttle services. So you've to manage to reach hotel by foot which is very hard for old aged people, seniors, ladies or someone having knee problem etc. In rush hrs, while travelling from airport to hotel - Taxi dropped me 1km far away from the hotel and I have to carry my 16Kg baggage which was a hard and bad experience. Hotel should improve their shuttle services. Room and fridge was dirty and smelly.

"Poor hotel on top of a steep hill "

Old basic facilities. Small room with old furniture. More like 1 star than 4 stars... no way 4 stars!!! It is on the top of a steep hill with very difficult access. I would not recommend and will not be staying their again.

"Enjoyed my stay"

Excellent service, enjoyed my stay. Only problem was the location of the hotel (uphill), but there was 24hrs bus/car service which we found helpful. Friendly and respectful staff. I would consider staying again

- Night receptionist was rude and wasn't helpful. - Wifi always not working in lobby although they claim that it works, other guests have the same complaints as well. Shuttle service is good, location is good

So bad experience..... 1. Hotel is on hill you can walk very hard. 2. No clean room. 3. Bed bugs in matters 4. Reception behavior very poor. 5. No rook service. 6. Pls nobody come with family this hotel.
