"Great location, clean villa and helpful personel"

Good location, 15mins from anywhere in Ubud. But still hidden enough so you don’t have any noise when you’re chilling at the pool.

"Lacks cleanliness, good privacy and pool"

Pool and privacy

Cleanliness wasn’t up to par. Yellow stains on sheets and when we asked for them to be replaced we got the same stains in the next ones too. Breakfast was just ok. Overall we expected better for what we paid.

Beautiful place and the staff were very nice. Nice pool Cool cats that roam around. Breakfast was good

"Style no health comfort"

Located near friends. Villa made it easy for them to visit

Style but no comfort eg pool impossible to get out of and bed designed to gash shins. Staff not helping and did not report injuries or follow-up. Although pleasant need much better management and training. Been coming to Bali since 1974 never had such bad service.

The every single one from Koman to mirna to excellent cleaning crew were absolutely incredible we were treated like one of the family in fact we believed like one of the kampung family

That we had to leave such an incredible place
