This is an expensive property to stay in but choose this purely for the theme park. Very disappointing them park only open until 6pm, this not reflected in reduction in price for off peak season. Also park really busy so had to purchase fast pass tickets for an additional é270, no real benefit of staying in hotel. No entertainment after 6pm. Wallet was stolen in hotel and staff extremely unhelpful. Very disappointed, overpriced

This hotel is incredible. From the moment you walk through the doors you are transported into a different world. The theming of this hotel is just insane. The swimming pools are amazing and the walk to the theme park takes about 60 seconds. The service was a bit hit and miss but that was purely down to the fact of how short staffed they were. But that wasn’t the staffs fault. Some nights they were so rushed off their feet it was not good. But they did their best. My advice is do not pay for half board to have the buffet included in your stay. It’s so expensive and the quality is not as good as the on site restaurant which was really nice food! If you’re coming to Portaventura you simply have to stay here. Yes it might be a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. A truly memorable experience!

Great hotel great rooms! Amazing swimming pools and the staff were really kind and helpful ! the only thing is the dinner buffet which was cold and not tasty at all As well as the breakfast.

The Hotel is well themed...room was clustrophbic like in a basement with no chance to open the window and view of a gravel floor that is above the actual room...Dinner buffet is NO WAY... don't eat there almost 25 euros per person and all is junk, cheap food. Almost nothing for vegetarians. In the a la carte restaurant no vegetariansmains at all....

The hotel Callaghan was nice and new with helpful staff. The hotel room was clean and the shower very good. An option for option for a double and 2 single bed would have suited our family needs.
