In short..No hot water, paint chips all over the room, Loud heating unit, loud refrigerator, breakfast made me sick for a few days, got charged for damages even though nothing in the room was damaged. I smoke but only did so outside of my room. They charged me for a smell… I travel ALOT for work, probably have stayed in more hotels than most people and never have I ever been charged for a smell.. and I smoke regularly in my car and return to my room. If you needed the money just charge more for your rooms…SCAMMERS

The room was decent for the stay.

Where should I start,The location of the hotel is out of the way, the parking lot is very small and filled with big work trucks. Get there early if you want a park..The staff was friendly and hospitable throughout my stay. When we first walked into the room it was white paint particles all over the bathroom and near the entryway, which I was later charged for lol, after traveling for 6 hrs i went to take a shower NO HOT WATER! Tried to turn on the heat because it’s quite chilly this time of year but the unit was so loud I was unable to sleep. So I ended up sleeping in a cold room. Day 2 I woke up and had the free breakfast which had me sick for the rest of the trip. All in all decent staff but I wouldn’t waste the money at this hotel, just spend a few more dollars and get something with a better location and facilities that actually work.. oh and they change for strong smells! They hold a $50 damage deposit, like most hotels, which they can keep even if there are no damages the room. Unlike most hotels. From what was explained to me the charge is at their discretion and anything can count as “damage “ not just physical damages. SO I WOULD BE CAREFUL WITH THAT. It’s a bit scammy..

The location was good for what we needed

Need more amenities for seniors with disabilities like raised toilet seats, .ore grab bars and step stool for beds

Primary staff very helpful and pleasant.

No full length mirror in room. The pull out sofa mattress was disgusting and not fit to sleep on. We had 3 adult siblings in room and had planned on one of us sleeping on the pullout but the mattress was just too nasty and sofa length was too short for any of us.

Luke warm water, staff not very nice, no sheets on pull out bed, no shampoo and had to ask for towels. For the price I paid for one night and they said the hotel went through a remodel. It shouldn't have all these problems. Very unhappy

Location close to airport

Only one restaurant close to hotel since we didnt have a car. No airport transportation. Had to order an Uber. Breakfast at hotel not available until 7:00 am, even though advertised for 6:00. Other hotels offer a sack breakfast for those who have to catch early flights (nothing available at Costal Carolina airport).
