Good value for your money
When we arrived I said we were checking in and he then said my name, not a good sign we must of been the only check in that day. At reception a mouse ran past. Walking to room the path was covered in caterpillias. The bathoom stunk and toilet was not clean had poo on it. There was mould on the walls The safe was not secured to anything, could pick it up and walk out with it. The doors were not secre once locked could still move them to open. The light flickered. The pool was murky and had a closed down deralict pool bar. Was no vibe at or surrounding hotel Did not end up staying Was refused a refund
This is a really nice place, clean and quiet. The pool is really nice with a beautiful view to enjoy while you’re flopping about in the water. The staff are warm and friendly and the rooms are great
ZAWe where here for two nights. No hot water the whole time on our visit. The bed was broken and the room was infested by all kinds of creatures. The bath was so filthy we couldnt even get it cleaned. The towles where dirty and old. The food was not even comparable to the other resorts on the island. Sad to say, this place only looks good on pictures, in reality it is not good at all.
Good food. Courteous staff. Beautiful view of the bay, the boats, bali main island in the distance. Quieter as compared to other restaurants nearby. Try the local food, since the cooks are well versed in preparing that, it is always delicious.
The location and views were nice. Wish they had WiFi in the rooms though.
We arrived at the hotel and even tho we had a valid booking confirmation the staff told us they have no room available. An other couple was in the reception area and said the same happened to them. The staff said that it happens all the time and the owner who lives in Bali doesn't care. Expedia explained to us on the phone that they are happy to cancel our booking but they have to charge us for the first night!!!! The other option Expedia gave us was a "no show" which means we get charged for both nights!!! For a room we couldn't move into since the hotel was overbooked. Till now our booking seems active which means the hotel gets our credit card details and can charge us. A big big scam supported by expedia. Very unsatisfied and my last booking with Expedia, and, needless to say, this hotel.
It was almost perfect. My wife and I loved everything about our stay except for the mosquitos. But it had great view, great service, very comfortable room and they even had very cheap motorbike rental which was a lovely bonus. I'd definitely come back again when I get the chance.
Hotel is close to the beach, they have multiple activities and whatever you need they can set up right there.
Didn’t like anything about this property no fridge no tea/coffee facilities smelt mouldy, we had family room how a family is supposed to stay there is beyond us! We left😒
