Le personnel est souriant

Hôtel situé dans un quartier très bruyant le jour et la nuit. Moins sécurisé le soir. Au début on nous a attribué une chambre sans fenêtre avec une odeur d'humidité. Mais apres réclamation, on nous a donné une autre chambre avec une tout petite fenêtre. Présence de petit insectes dans la chambre
