Personnel gentil, repas bons et variés, hôtel beau et confortable. Belle vue sur le joli bassin.

La température de l eau de la piscine était un peu froide.

Petit-déjeuner et dîner corrects et bons, mais manque de diversité et de « fait-maison » pour un 4 étoiles.

Manque de bienveillance du personnel envers les étrangers. Sur l’offre, il est indiqué langues parlées : allemand anglais français… sauf que personne ne parle français !! Absence de climatisation, heureusement la météo était mitigée.. Horaires restreints pour les repas et les activités.
