Brilliant location right in the heart of Liverpool with a great pub attached to it. Friendly staff with no frills comfort. Breakfast excellent and bar prices very reasonable. No comp!aints at all.

The room itself was very clean,bed linen likewise. The bed itself although comfy was very springy and I kept sliding off towards the edge so I concluded that the mattress springs on the side were defunct!! The headboard was not attached to the bed or wall so every time you moved it banged!!! The room was noisy and in need of new decor, it did state on the website it was noisy. It is in a central part of party land of pubs,clubs,and grub. The staff were friendly and helpful but my main issue is with food because I am a coeliac I could,nt enjoy full breakfast facilities as they did'nt cater for dietary needs such as mine.This is a comprehensive review of my experience not a complaint as such the whole of liverpool is worth a visit as they have wonderful history,architecture,museums etc. I really enjoyed my stay but would book somewhere quieter for any future visits.

A good clean hotel at a reasonable price. The breakfast is good and the location is both good and bad, good because its centrally located and bad because of the noise from nearby pubs and clubs. The bed was the only disappointment as it was very old and needed replacing. Overall, I was pleased and will stay there again.

enjoyed my stay at the Hanover Hotel,it was comfortable and clean , staff were very helpful and always polite, breakfast was good, I would definitely stay there again and recommend anyone looking for a place that's central and friendly and safe, Thankyou to all staff for making our stay an excellent memory
