The Hanover Hotel

All the staff were so nice. The manager carried our luggage up two flights of stairs two at a time. Full English breakfast was included. The whole area around there was full of activity, we loved it!

Had everything i needed , comfortable bed,great shower, friendly and accommodating staff

I stayed one night here. I was over for the football so travelling alone it served a purpose. It had a bed a shower and a toilet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was dated but otherwise ok. Now for the bad part! I was unlucky to be on the noisy side of the hotel which is horrendous listening to doof doof music until 3am!!!! Not much sleep needless to say. I can sleep almost anywhere or so I thought. I can’t sleep on that side of the hotel!

Lovely and reasonably priced hotel. Couldn't really fault apart from the noise outside. It's right in the city centre and staying when Halloween was on meant the noise was pretty bad outside up to almost 5 am. Flaming students lol. Parking was at the multi storey nearby but not sure the discount we were given worked or maybe the parking was more than we realised. Maybe more suitable for non drivers.

Couldn't lock the window so was noisy all night not much sleep

Street noise was horrendous, room came with a saucer but no coffee mug. None of the tv channels worked except from ‘really’ due to dodgy satellite connection. The seat of the chair was broken. Due to the noise, I had to have the window closed at all times which barely muffled it, meaning the room got stuffy and hot.

A great little hotel that was perfect for my needs

helpful staff,room very clean,bathroom also,excellent breakfast.i have stayed at the hanover before,and will again,no doubt.but be aware,that because of the location,it is very noisy,on this occasion some polite locals were blasting their car horns at 4.30am! i would advise you only book to stay here if,lime myself,noise is not an issue for you.

Fabulous, helpful staff create a great atmosphere at this hotel. very good location. Always enjoy my stay here.

First time staying at the Hanover didn't know what to expect due to it being close to bars but was pleasantly surprised and when we checked in was told breakfast was included which was an added bonus great location friendly staff lovely breakfast great room we stayed in room 9 at the end of the corridoor and was so quiet no disturbance had lovely bathroom and shower was lovely when u walked in room you could smell that it had been cleaned which was reasurring bed was comfy also safe in room the only thing we found strange was ceiling fan was great to keep room cool but had to keep light on for it to work as no pull cord to turn light of but keep fan on so had to keep it on all night and the window was a window with no latch to open just a pain of glass maybe should be looked at apart from that no complaints and would definitly return at the Hanover again for future visits to Liverpool and will recommend to friends and family as well
