The Hanover Hotel

The breakfast staff are wonderful and friendly. Really good breakfast. Comfy, clean rooms but creaky floorboards

We have just stayed at the Hanover this weekend, I am a bad sleeper so I was up very very early, the night staff were cleaning, Rena and Dave were exceptionally great made me a hot drink sat and had a chat and a laugh thank you both, and also the lady in the morning very friendly, the night porter Daryl who also was so friendly the night before, overall the staff were fantastic! The location of the hotel was great everything was within easy reach also the car park which was safe and secure was a 1 min walk from the hotel. All in all we had a great time in Liverpool.

It was hard to gauge from the photos on the website, but I went for it, and for a City Centre functional hotel, The Hanover is great value. Its above a busy bar, which by the way is excellent, but be prepared for street noise, you're in the dead centre of town, a few minutes walk from great pubs and the docks. The rooms are basic and small but clean and comfortable with great showers. Breakfast was superb. I'd definitely use it again if on business.

Everything was fine except for doors in the corridors continually slamming. Very good service and breakfast was good. Great location

Absolutely appalling disco music told us when we booked I’m sorry your at the loud side absolute piss take 96.00 and can’t even get to sleep 4th time we have stopped here definitely the last time we will stop here come to Liverpool regularly!!

Stayed with wife 1 saturday night hotel is in excellent position for everything .it is basic but comfortable and has everything you need kettle tv large bathroom with shower very friendly staff ..at check in receptionist warned it could be noisy from music bars n there is bar large downstairs open till 1am ish this didnt bother us as we was central where we wanted to be and to be honest went to bed about 2am n slept like babies...got up to excellent full english breakfast cereals coffee n juice....car park 1 min away at £22 24hrs tadd expensive but train station 1 min also....definitely stay again...all in al great comfy hotel very friendly staff .thank you

this hotel is excellently located beside all the local pubs and resteraunts we were treated very well as a group so much so we have already booked for next feb. room spotless and big enough and breakfast very good however fried tomato is just wrong on ever level lol

fast check in,nice clean room with a comfortable bed,not too noisy after 11pm,breakfast in morning very nice,as always.lady serving breakfast was very kind and helpful,taking food etc to my table for me,which was much appreciated,as i'm sight impaired.

Had a lovely stay here.
