Fontana Hot Spring Leisure Parks

Very bad experience both on check-in and check-out.

There’s a certain smell whenever you enter the hotel and rooms. It’s like the place needs airing out. In fact, there were no windows in our rooms. A change of carpet will help. Change in room reservation was a bit of a challenge. It took a while before the front desk could get it and the billing adjustment was another problem. 😔

Large property but has not been well maintained. The hotel has a musty smell from water. No greeting or assistance with bags upon arrival. No offer to be shown to room or assistance with bags at check-in. Poor explanation of property (hot spring or park times). Included breakfast was good as well as the restaurant staff.

A place who saw better times. No maintenance! Housekeeping only on request! Internet, offering free wifi, none at all.! Clean was the place years ago! Feel sorry for Fontana. Staff Restaurant for breakfast tumb up

Our whole stay was ok, I like the place for it’s exclusivity. However, they just need to upgrade their facilities.

First come first, the service standard of the hotel staff are very good, and the water park is worth for money. The location is quite good that only 15 minutes drive to the airport and 15 minutes drive to the large shopping mall, namely SM City Mall. BUT the condition of the hotel is terrible. We have a group of 5, 3 adults with 2 kids, and we booked a villa to stay for 2 nights. The cleaning condition of the villa is so-so. The water pressure for shower is low, like dripping!!! The TV signal is bad and you cant believe that we cannot watch for FIFA World Cup in our room!!

The villas need renovating.

Check in was ok but everything else was not. The hotel is quite old and is not well maintained. No wifi but advertised with it. Linens and mattresses were worn out. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Smells of cockroach even in the elevator which is only 1 floor up. Better use the stairs.

The staff (front desk, guards, housekeeping) are all nice and very accommodating, though the villas are not well maintained, but the place is quiet and very relaxing. I will still recommend this place to my friends. The water park is still good though some of the pools are not maintained, overall we enjoyed it.
