nice hotel and friendly staff but the food i really no good taste

the room is very big & very clean, but the water park is not included,you have to buy separate ticket for the water park, the park is open from 10am to 6pm, no night swimming, overall is a great experience

Just ok. At that price i could have stayed at a better place

The hotel is old and needs a lot of updating. The service needs some updating as well. Although the beds were comfortable and the pillows were humongous.

The only good thing was the friendliness and hospitality of the resort staff. The facilities are rundown and badly needs renovation.

The day I got there my reservation was not on file and I had to wait for 1 hour for the receptionist to find it. I get to my villa and my children found used condom boxes in the kitchen cabinet. The next day my older son found a used condom wraper under the bed. The pool was dirty. The place is run down. Will never go yo the hotel again. What a waste of money!

The hotel is ok, it's just I don't feel the vibe and freshness of the ambience. Hotel staff are accommodating and polite, as they are supposed to do so, but nothing new or special.

I was disappointed because there is no hot spring pool which is my first priority for booking .

Villa inside needs total renovations, bad moldy smell, lawns need to be fixed front and back, needs drainage cleaning bad smell emanates from drain, phone is dirty needs repainted inside
