La atención de los empleados especialmente en el desayuno. Se escondían para no ayudarte. La piscina parece sucia debido a que no está solada.

Pests: Found not one, or two but THREE cockroaches in the bathroom within 10-15 minutes of arrival in the evening. Cleanliness: Sheets were pilling; robe provided had torn holes. Through the whole month travelling Cambodia and Vietnam this was the ONLY place with BED BUG bites (or something). Pool was dirty. Food: When pre-ordered breakfast was unavailable and replaced with just a plate of bread. Breakfast buffet food was left under mesh lids, attracting flies. Unreliable facilities: Wi-Fi down for a day, no specific room WiFi (102) advised to join other rooms. Terrible TV. Padlock for the room and no functioning key card system. Customer service: Several staff were dismissive. When I found the 3rd cockroach and reported it there was a different receptionist said "what do you want me to do about it". Felt more like they were doing guests a favour than offering hospitality. Noise: Loud scratching/flapping noises one night, we thought someone was in the bathroom, but must've been the ceiling.

Las instalaciones no están cuidadas, la piscina no está limpia, no vi a nadie bañarse. La atención en la recepción fue pésima, al quejarme por darme una habitación con una puerta trasera al parking … no me sentía segura… me invitaron a cancelar e irme… como si fuera una práctica habitual. Luego me enseñaron una segunda habitación que la puerta principal no cerraba bien y el servicio me acusó de romperla… vamos invitándome a que me fuera. Pedí hablar con un superior y amablemente les pedí una habitación más segura. Sin quejarme del servicio. Finalmente me dieron una habitación más segura. El desayuno a pedido el primer día, un plato y un café. Y el segundo día un buffet que era pésimo con moscas.

Good inexpensive massage in room. Helpful front desk. Small place with lots of vegetation--a sanctuary. Espresso 6 a.m. at front desk. Cheap beer there too.

The pool could/should have been cleaner. Located on unpaved rutted road; many are unpaved outside of city center in Battangbam.

Nous avons eu une chambre, à 1ere vue, non occupé depuis longtemps. Nous avons constaté des poussières de terre rouge dans le baignoire, la porte de la chambre ferme mal ... Ce pendant, les personnels sont gentils.
