The Sanctuary Villa Battambang

Swimming pool was filthy, breakfast was extremely basic

I didn’t actually stay at the property. After checking in a saw the poor standard of furnishings in the room and the pool was very dirty. So I checked out.

Le personnel est très sympa et accueillant. La chambre et la de bain étaient propres et spacieux. Les plats du restaurant de l’hôtel sont très bon, spécialement le pad thaï.

Cependant, la piscine manque un peu d’entretien et nous n’avions dans la douche (compréhensible dans cette région du Cambodge)

Il n'y a que le jardin qui ressemble aux photos Bon jus de fruits frais !

Chambre sombre, pas très propre, peignoirs sales, certaines ampoules inopérantes. Vitre exterieure qui donne sur la salle de bains, pas très intime. Portes qui ferment pas ou mal Restaurant très moyen. Petit déjeuner très moyen, petit dej à emporter oublié de préparer donc 7 h de bateau le ventre vide (pourtant validé par 2 fois la veille) Le groom dormait, il a fallu le réveiller, il était pas content et nous disait d'attendre 5 mn puis encore 5mn, etc... et a disparu. En vérifiant dans la cuisine, la cuisinière n'était pas au courant.... Pas de bouteilles d'eau au restaurant (out of stock) pourtant pas difficile de remplir... Tres mal entretenu (par exemple fauteuil de terrasse cassé) Ex-centré... Wifi injoignable depuis la chambre Bref, pas du tout au niveau du prix demandé.

Room was clean, but be aware that it is not 2 bedrooms as stipulated in the booking but 2 beds in one room.

Air conditioning was hit and miss, at times not cool at all, breakfast was limited in options, pool needs some cleaning, some old charm about the property, but could do with some love

- Buena cocina - Atención de los trabajadores.

- No tenían suficientes toallas de piscina y nos trajeron 2, en muy mal estado y pequeñas, para 4 personas porque nos dijeron que no tenían más. - La habitación normal no tenía mesillas y había un hierro oxidado en la bañera y en los otros, los jacuzzi estaban muy deteriorados. - La colchoneta se hundía. - No había toallas de lavabo y al pedirlas para 4 personas, nos dieron 2 portón tenían más. - La piscina no daba mucha confianza y era de cemento. - Si te esperas un Resort, no lo es.

Schöne grüne, ruhige Anlage.

Sehr einfaches Frühstück, wir waren auch nur wenige Gäste. Etwas Abseits gelegen und rund herum.werden die Straßen erneuert. Viele Baustellen.
