A notre arrivée en bateau de Siem Reap, un tuk tuk de l'hôtel nous a récupérés directement. Il voulait vendre ses prestations mais au moins il a été pro actif, le seul sur place.

Nous avons trouvé le personnel peu accueillant, parlant mal anglais et peu attentionné. C'est la première fois qu'on est incapable de nous renseigner (pour un trajet vers Phnom Penh en train, demande peu originale). Au petit déjeuner, une jeune femme sur son téléphone qu'on a l'impression de déranger pour avoir du thé ou des jus de fruits à réapprovisionner au buffet. Idem lorsque nous voulons payer le séjour, le réceptionniste n'est pas au comptoir et il faut le faire appeler à deux reprises. La climatisation a eu du mal à rafraîchir la chambre, l'eau de la piscine semblait trouble... Ce sont des successions de petits couacs pas très importants séparément mais qui s'accumulent et nous ont fait quitter Battambang plus vite que prévu.

Good location, nice surroundings. Spacious room, pleasant and helpful staff quick to resolve issues. Comfortable bed.

Toilet constantly flushing. Breakfast egg lady was more interested in her phone than customers. The pool didn’t look safe to go in, we didn’t see it get cleaned once TV no English speaking channels and some channels had bad interference.
