they gave us a smoking room.. a woman who is 80 yo had to sleep in a smoking room.. also phone in the room wasnt working ... the room itself was not good.. very low grade hotel.

Location was very poor I had a fall in the dining area and fractured my foot. The stairs going down to the dining hall the last stair wasn't visible.

You can reorganize the area for better customers friendly

Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant offering food until late in the evening. The spa was also great with good prices but the location was a bit strange and you will find unmotivated staffs there.

The leaky shower leaving the floor of the bathroom completely wet
