Hotel Pal Heights

They had a good buffet breakfast. Their timings could be better suites for the business traveller to start at 7am, Instead of 7 30.

Their room service can be slow. House keeping is even slower to pick a call or respond.

It’s close to the airport and next to a mall which is very convenient to find food around. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

We booked a standard room but we didn’t know it was a “no window” one, meaning there was a constant humid smell and no sunlight at all (if the curtains were opened, you could see the inside of the mall which is next to the hotel). The floor where we were, had a horrible smell right outside the elevator, like if people had been smoking there nonstop. From the two elevators, only 1 was working at the time. Not always the same one and the worst part is that there is no actual staircase after the first floor. We tried using the “fire exit” since elevator was taking so long, only to find out that it’s not really for usage of the guest (only in emergency) since everything looked veeery different (as a construction place). Therefore the only option was to wait for the only functioning elevator at the time (which were also not in the best conditions) Lastly, on their room service menu it’s advertised that it is available until midnight and when I ordered at 22:45 they declined my order saying kitchen was closed. After insisting a bit they agreed but only some limited options.
