We had a wonderful stay at hotel pal heights .the front office staff are very helpful specially priyabrat the room was clean and comfortable ,we would definitely stay here again

Value for Money. Good Friendly Staff. Active Welcome by Front Office Staff. Enthusiastic Duty Managers. Good Sized Rooms.First Class Bar Manager. Beautiful Terrace Dining Area. I liked this hotel very much.

Location

Amenities were compromised. AC not working. Rooms were not ready even after advance intimation as we had to check in late at midnight

Nothing. Though the property is close to a mall, food options were very limited

AC did not work, rooms were smelling like wet cardboard, corridors were smelling of massage oils mixed with room fresheners. Property is charging a premium pricing even though the quality was very poor
