員工服務很好，有禮，雖然英語溝通不太好但仍儘力試著溝通，幸好彼此有日語加英語輔助溝通，設備整潔，環境舒適，寧靜，房間裡有私人風呂，很是舒適。

We stayed for 2 nights in the traditional Japanese style with open-air bath (hot spring) room. The environment of the hotel is excellent, it also has a footbath area for relaxing. The public hot spring is also fantastic. Food is another forgettable items. As I stayed for my birthday, the staff given me a Japanese chopstick as a birthday present. However, the bottle of water is not free, this is the only hotel I visited in Japan which required to pay for the bottle of water.

This was the best ryokan I have ever stayed. Everything about this place was perfect. Foot bath, ramen store (night snacks), souvenir store, several big baths, beautiful and delicious dinner that included wagyu (Japanese beef) and the delightful breakfast....The staff was kind, warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to whoever plans to go to Takayama.

Staying at this ryokan was a highlight of our Japan trip. Although it may seem expensive the Dinner an Breakfast experience was well worth it

This is a top end hotel with heightened understanding and practice of customer service. Though it is in a residential type setting, you feel a part of nature. The lobby is magnificent. Staff are attentive to the extreme. Couldn’t be happier. Worth the price if you’re looking for a pampered experience.
