接待人員服務招待非常滿意。是次入住嘅感覺不錯，食物的種類繁多，有上等人一般的享受感覺，服務員和check-in counter的服務態度親切友善，只是室內外風呂和想像的有點差距

非常好的入住經驗 服務員英文很好 溝通沒問題介紹很詳細.都很熱心 服務非常好.兩餐都吃得很好 菜色精緻很美味 飛彈牛非常好吃 溫泉區裡面甚麼都有不需要帶毛巾牙刷之類的 整體來說沒甚麼好挑剔的 小小建議溫泉區能提供飲品-牛乳之類的 泡完溫泉很適合來杯牛奶阿~

Hotel had a choice of rooms with or without private bath. We chose the room with private bath which included breakfast and dinner. The rate is very expensive and for the rate paid, you can get other properties with view. Hidatei Hanougi is located in a residential area within Takayama.

Atmosfera eccezionale, così come la struttura ed il servizio. Un'esperienza sicuramente da fare in Giappone anche se il costo non è poco, anzi.
