location

unorganised staff. we have checked in around 8am so they gave us a double room instead of triple executive room and said that they will shift to a triple executive room in the afternoon. we left for tour and came back around 11.30 pm night and found that room is not shifted. they have made us to wait for 30 minutes and arranged a triple executive room but to our dismay the room was not properly cleaned the bed sheets were not changed and when confronted the housekeeping staff he simply said because he had to prepare the room immediately he had not changed the bed sheets. next day morning when we went to take bath the water was so dirty and muddy that one cannot take bath. very poor maintenance.
