Cetral location, near the metro and the 27b. Clean rooms, descent restaurant in the hotel.

No hot water, WiFi fluxes, bad sewage smell from bath.

Friendly staff. Location closer to metro. Supportive staff.

Same breakfast menu everyday. It will be nice if they change it time to time

Location was decent, I could walk to the beach and to many shops. If I took a rickshaw it wasn't too far and there is also the Metro nearby. Chennai doesn't have a very central area, and I stayed in various parts of the city but this was as good as any as far as accessibility was concerned. Some of the staff were really nice too.

There wasn't anything per se that I didn't like, but as a Westerner with Indian heritage I have to warn Westerners that this may be a difficult place for you to stay if you are not used to doing things certain ways. The bathrooms are unfinished and don't have climate control, so this could be difficult, although this is typical in this part of the world. So if you want a very local experience and/or you are on a budget, this could be a nice way to do it. For a two star hotel, they are doing very well do provide comfortable accommodations. But again, it's all about what you are used to.

kind of very central, some reason the credit card machine doesn’t take other country card. but they were okay for me go find ATM and get the cash without rushing me.

wifi didn’t work at the room, had to change the room then only it’s work. at first they didn’t want to change, after long conversation, they finally did.
