The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They were very happy to accommodate any special request. Food was good, especially vegetarian.

The location is the only good thing about the hotel.

The staff was extremely unprofessional On exit , the staff accused us of stealing an all out which we had purchased on our own . Also my brother was asked to come back upstairs to locate the remote which we were accused of stealing . I wish I was there to teach them a lesson personally .

Breakfast was good

Toilets are in a very bad condition. The room furniture is very very old and chipped

Literally everything was great. It's on main road, close to Marina Beach, has excellent staff and room service. Being a vegetarian I liked how they have managed veg department separately and offer good food as well. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.

I was not able to find anything wrong in hotel. Only thing is out of two rooms which I booked for one room there was no view in window as it was blocked by some kind of partition but still there was some space outside window for ventilation so it's okay.
