Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und zweckdienlich. Leider ist das Haus etwas hellhörig. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Good value evening meal

Ok hotel. Not in the city but close to the WW1 trenches.

Some rooms and hallways were under remodel when we were there, but the experience was fine. Recommended.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and accomodating; English spoken. The hotel is outside of town and very close to the battlefields, which was the primary reason for our visit. Definitely needed a car to get around and navigating was quite easy.

Lovely Hotel with a great restaurant and friendly staff. Slept well and no complaints

Picked this Hotel because of its location. It is very close to the WWI sites and easy access without having to go through the town, which is crowded and hard to find your way around. The rooms are tiny but clean. I gave it a 3 because of the size of the room and shower. The shower is so small you can't turnaround. Because it is outside of town, it is quiet at night and our room had a big window that we could open. Eat at the restaurant, you will be surprised by the quality of food. It was great. We both had knuckle of lamb and it was delicious! The breakfast buffet ,that is extra, is well worth the money. Buffet style with a lot of variety. Hard boiled eggs are available along wth the tradtional meats and cheeses, a variety of breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices. They have an automatic coffee machine but it does not taste like instant coffee.

The room has the bare essentials, but the cost was right and the staff (seemed like a family business) made it an enjoyable stay. They were anxious to please and quick to respond to any request.

Nice hotel close to the Verdun battlefields. In a safe area.
