8 men from london were treated superbly well be all of the staff throughout our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was awkward but useable. The restaurant on site was excellent as was the breakfast. The proprietor was very helpful when we asked for directions.

Room very disappointing - decor tired, ensuite very basic (like a caravan), bed not comfortable, no carpet. Redeeming feature was evening meal which was excellent and served in pleasant restaurant by helpful staff.

although located in a small industrial estate on the outskirts of town -nevertheless the interior and exterior of the hotel is pleasant enough and when in your room, the bar or seated outside, you are not aware of the surroundings. The rooms are clean and reasonably furnished for the price and there is a heated pool. I couldn't fault the service. Verdun itself is a very nice town and the WW1 forts and battlefields would keep most people busy for an afternoon.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful, very helpful. Their ability to speak some English certainly helped, as our French is limited. Parts of the hotel have been updated. The hotel is clean and the food exceeded our expectations. The room is on the smaller side, but quiet and clean. The hotel is east of town and a car would be essential to a stay here.
