Brudna, bez papieru i ręczników toaleta przy restauracji hotelowej, chaos na śniadaniu, brudna podłoga, braki w bemarach; część obsługi niemiła i arogancka; hotel nie zapewnia noclegu dla kierowców mimo takich wymogów prawnych - trzymają ich na parkingu - kilkanaście samochodów, w ktorych spią kierowcy przy bardzo zimnych nocach; hotel na tutejsze warunki zadje się bardzo ekskuzywny, ale nie spełnia oczekiwań resortu w tej cenie.

I loved the exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The security team greeted us warmly and assisted with our luggage, and the check‑in process was smooth and welcoming. The property’s architecture was beautiful, and the gardens were immaculately maintained. Every staff member we met was genuinely happy, which showed how well the management supports their team. The service staff and chefs were highly professional, the food was excellent, and the cleanliness standards were outstanding. Our couples massage was also a wonderful experience, carried out with great professionalism.

There was nothing we didn’t like — our stay exceeded expectations in every way.

The location in Munnar is right in the middle of the town— really that is the only good thing about this property. Most of the staff were very nice.

The reception staff is not that accommodating for example we asked for an extra key and they said only one keeper person where in most hotels they would give us extra keys. You have to walk outside to get your room and it was raining so wasn’t the most comfortable way to get in and out of rooms.
