"Great location very near to Ayala"

The checkin process was alright. They required ID’s for all guests. The elevator was secured because only guests with a keycard could use it. The room was too dim for me, I was looking for another light source because I felt there was not enough light in the room. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location. We stayed there 2 weeks. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our rooms we clean and beds fresh. Next visit we will stay there again

There were cockroaches in the room. Towels that were supposed to be white looked gray and dirty. Food at the cafe does not seem to match the description and did not taste appealing.
