🌟 5-Star Stay at AluaSoul Ibiza! 🌟 I’ve just returned from an unforgettable stay at AluaSoul Ibiza, and I cannot recommend this place enough! From start to finish, the experience was incredible — a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and personalized care. A HUGE shout out to the amazing entertainment team — Valentina and Juan — you two made every day by the pool so much fun! Your energy and enthusiasm during the poolside games created such a lively and friendly atmosphere. It was the perfect balance of fun and chill vibes. And I absolutely have to thank Fatima in the restaurant, who was a true lifesaver when it came to my gluten-free diet. Traveling with dietary restrictions isn’t always easy, but Fatima made it completely stress-free. She was thoughtful, informed, and always made sure I had safe and delicious options. I felt so well looked after! The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish rooms, a gorgeous pool area, and an unbeatable beachfront location. Everything from the cleanliness to the service and food was top-notch. AluaSoul Ibiza, you’ve got some real stars on your team — I’ll definitely be coming back! 💙☀️

First visit to Ibiza, not sure exactly what to expect Hotel was excellent. Reception team were very friendly and helpful. Chose to upgrade to superior room on arrival. This was a good choice as the room was definitely an upgrade but also allowed access to the upper pool area which had better quality sunbeds and enough to go round. Lower pool area was typical of a lot of hotels with barely enough sunbeds for the number of rooms. Food was good quality and plentiful. Bar area was good and well staffed. Although the hotel was in the centre of the resort it was quiet and peaceful. Evening entertainment was a good standard ( I know that’s important to some of you!) Overall a good quality hotel and one I would be happy to return to an therefore recommend

Great location. Wasy beach access. My room was basic but clean and functional. Nice comfortable bed. Internet access was good. The all inclusive food was amazing. So much choice!!! I looked forward to all mealtimes. The drinks were also very good. Friendly staff too. I would definitely return.

Absolutely excellent hotel nearly 5* Ambience Relaxing vibe 5* Rooms Generous size bed very comfortable 5* Cleanliness Outstanding 5* Food & Choice again outstanding 5* Staff ( Every Staff Member perfect customer service) 5* we stayed fit 1week on all inclusive from20/7/25 -27/7/25 and from entering this enchanting hotel until the moment we left we were blown away by your hospitality please do not change until we return see you all soon + A la Carte dining was second to none felt like we were royals Thank you x love Mr & Mrs A Hutton You all should be very proud of the team you have built her keep it going guys. If I have one tiny little suggestion because no one ever wants to leave and because you make EVERYONE feel like family the sun beds around the pool are wearing out maybe need updating

4th stay at this hotel and the reasons for returning Location is 1st class, right on the sea next to the beach and in the centre of es Cana which itself is a small resort but with ample choices for bars and restaurants The pools here are also a dream, 3 excellent pools, clean and spacious with waiter service for drinks all day long The restaurant has improved massively since my last stay and there are literally so many dishes to choose from, the hotel does theme nights each evening like, different cuisines but there is also a regular grill for fish meats etc and a massive salad selection Things I would like to change if I could Rooms, are small and the bathroom areas lack privacy, they are not a separate room and the toilets are behind a frosted door, so not much privacy The balcony furniture isn’t very comfy and after a week you long for a soft seat Not all rooms are small though, if you can afford to I would definitely suggest a suite as these rooms are amazing with a seating area and just so much better than the other rooms All in all a great hotel and the staff are amazing One tip, the bar next door has live music so if your in a sea view room don’t expect to get to sleep before 1am

Great hotel in a lovely location , great vibe with amazing staff, clean, friendly and would defo visit again! Fab choice of menu/ drinks and plenty of lovely bars and shops outside of the hotel too, not too busy , not too quiet !

Hotel was 4 star and looked lovely on adds. We have been going to Spain and the islands for years ,sometimes 3 star hotels in Benelmadena in the past and were so looking forward to this one as the reviews looked so good. We thought the choice of dishes and cooking were barely 3 starThey need to find a chef who serves a better variety of dishes as we got sick of the small thin chops and meat they fried. The snack scenario outside of restaurant hours was a joke. It was a poolside van but you couldn’t order from it. You had to sit in a small area near the bar in blazing heat, order it from a member of staff who then went to the van to order it for you. Most places have it on tap. The rooms were lovely and kept very clean, as was the whole hotel. Pool area was great and not crowded and in the main the staff were fine. My son in law and the 2 18 year olds with us gave up on the hotel food after about 5 days and went outside for food but the rest of us soldiered on and in the main found something we could eat but it was just not 4 star food for our tastes, I therefore could never recommend it to anyone I know. I would like to end up end by saying this is the first time I have ever sent a review like this.

I visited with my sister and we enjoyed our stay enormously, thank you to Juan Emmanuel and Valentina for the excellent aqua fitness and the other entertainment, very friendly and helpful, enjoyed the food m, coming back next year in July, hopefully they are still there

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff are all very well trained and so helpful. Food is excellent and we have had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend this hotel. .

My wife and I travelled with their family of daughter granddaughter and friends who stayed at self catering apartments close by.we divided to stay at the 4* alua soul nearby.we booked a superior pool view room it had a tiny wash base glas door on toilet and shower room both frosted no bathroom a bit disappointment.it had everything a four star hotel should have.biggest problem with room was lack of information ring reception? Close safe?room opens with wrist band not told.we went half board to go out with family at night.in the day only one bar open near pool long queues normal no indoor bar in hotel till evening.musicat hotel in day is disco beat which gets on our nerves.we are both 83 years old.
