AluaSoul Ibiza - Adults Only

Just returned from a 4 day break with a group of females. It was good for what we needed, and we were in the superior pool area which means that there was no rushing for sunbeds etc. the customer service was great and Lourdes was especially helpful before I arrived for a room upgrade. The check in process with smooth, and any information was great! The area is good, no traffic outside, the ferry outside etc. shops near by etc. The food was more the acceptable! Breakfast was my favourite , and always plenty of salad at lunch/dinner etc. freshly cooked food and plenty of ice cream!! A few negatives…. The bar queue was too long, and needs to be shorter especially to get water refills etc. some bar staff was very good… some were quite frankly miserable!! Also the noise of Charlie’s next door is loud… I had a pool view room far way from Charlie’s and I couldn’t hear it BUT my sister had a sea view suite… and they couldn’t sleep! I would return, as we have done him this year since first coming in 2018.

This hotel has the potential to be fab, but it is let down by a couple of things. The reception staff are super helpful and so are the restaurant staff. Unfortunately, the staff behind the outside bar are bordering on rude... they need more staff as the queues for drinks are long.. When u finally get served, the staff make you feel you are being an inconvenience! We stayed in a sea view junior suite...the views are indeed amazing ...BUT...the noise from Charlie's bar next door makes it impossible to sleep...it feels like the karaoke is taking place in the room it is so loud. ( I know this is not the hotels fault, but if we had known, we would not have booked this room.) The area for superior and suites is great, with plenty of sunloungers...would even better if there was a small bar in this area OR the waiters also came up here to collect orders as they did around the main pool.

Excellent location and good clean hotel, hard working staff plenty of sun beds and available, Beach outside the hotel and plenty of local excursions available too. Local transport very near.

totally unexpected fail from the Hyatt Inclusive hotel family. Room shape was really horrible, leaking water everywhere, walls were rotten, dropping water from the ceilings, mold all around the room. horrible smell, I found that as a health risk. toilets in the pool area not cleaned up during the day, horribly stinking and waste all around. expect of two individuals, the crew was very unfriendly and not willing to solve any of our issues. food quality very very low, I'd expected Mediterranean style on a Balearic island and not UK style food. Fish they had was either sweet water or dried out and not tasty at all. general facility and amenities quality somewhere around 2 stars standard max.

Expérience terrible ! À notre arrivée on nous indique que l’hôtel est surbooké et que l’on va être déplacé dans un autre hôtel situé à l’autre bout de l’île. Nous revenons le lendemain et quelle déception pour le reste du séjour. Cet hôtel n’a clairement pas le standing d’un 4 étoiles, pas de bagagiste, pas de voiturier, ni d’équipements que l’on retrouve habituellement dans les chambres (articles de toilette, chaussons, peignoirs, machine à café, …). Une douche vétuste avec une odeur d’égout persistante dans les toilettes. Pas de parking propre à l’hôtel. Aucune information en chambre pour connaître les infos utiles (ex : numéro de la réception !). Les repas du buffet ne sont pas du tout qualitatif. Un seul serveur disponible à l’espace piscine qui est gigantesque (donc l’attente très longue !!) pas de serviette et eau dans la salle de sport non plus. Cet hôtel porte atteinte à l’image du groupe Hyat !

Always walked past this hotel when I've been camping in ibiza and thought I'd love to stay there and it didnt disappoint. Lovely and clean, comfortable bed, air con worked really well, pool area lovely and frozen cocktails included on all inclusive. Brillaint hotel and would defijitely recommend and return

Hôtel très agréable, Points positifs : piscines, personnel, qualité de la restauration Points négatifs : quelques endroits un peu vétuste (finitions des chambres à revoir, moquette dans les couloirs dans un état déplorable), wifi très instable.

This hotel is lovely overall and we had a pleasant stay, but definitely room for improvement at this price range. Pros • Great location with lovely sea views from breakfast and evening meals, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. • Good drinks selection. • Modern, clean rooms (though bathroom space could be better used). • Frequent activities created a fun, lively atmosphere. • Friendly and helpful staff. Downsides • Air con outside the rooms was poor, making the gym unusable at times and indoor dining uncomfortable. • Food was disappointing – limited choice and bland overall, apart from the excellent Mexican night. • Staff upselling: we were offered a paid upgrade (€20/day) for a “quieter” pool-view room, but ours was noisy, right by nearby bars
