Fabulous hotel. Having such a great time here. Hotel one of the nicest I have been to. Great location, spotlessly clean, great food and drink selection. Staff extremely helpful especially Beatriz, Valentina, Sulema and Natalia. Really would 100% recommend this hotel

Just returned from this hotel after spending 7 nights. We couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. The resort itself has everything on your doorstep. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially the restaurant and bar staff they couldn’t do enough for us. The food was excellent at breakfast lunch and dinner always something to choose from. The drinks at the bar were great and plenty choice. We were all inclusive and the drinks were premium brands which made a difference. We stayed in a superior pool room which is worth the extra money just for the exclusive sun bed area which is peaceful and always plenty of sun beds available. No need to get up early to reserve one. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would certainly return. We just couldn’t work out the negative reviews as everyone we spoke to hadn’t a bad word to say about this hotel.

Our 3rd time at this hotel and again it did not disappoint. Rooms are lovely, beds really comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent, everywhere is spotless. Food in the buffet is good, it's a buffet so not out of this world but the best buffet we have had. The wine is lovely too Location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything, including the beach Staff everywhere are excellent, efficient, polite and lovely. Entertainment team were top notch if that's your thing. Evening entertainment was absolutely out of this world. Especially the African acrobats, unreal. Absolutely no negatives and can't wait to return

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Welcomed to the hotel when checking in with a drink (blue Prosecco). Stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely time. Booked superior sea view room. Room modern, clean and the best views. Lovely to wake up in the morning to an Ibiza sunrise. We were half board so had breakfast/dinner - no complaints about the food, it was fresh, hot and plenty of variety. All staff friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Plenty of noise from outside the hotel. A little underwhelmed by the hotel itself. All inclusive food was pretty poor on the whole.

This place was awful. The rooms were tiny, the staff was rude, and the “all-inclusive” experience was not “all-inclusive.” We arrived straight from the airport and had to change quickly for dinner. Later that night when we returned, and realzied we did not have any toilet paper. When we tried to call the front desk, we found our phone was not and could not be connected. We walked downstairs to ask for toilet paper and the staff rudely said “well why did you use so much!?” We told them our room never had any to begin with. The staff said “oh.” The maintenance man also banged on our door multiple times in the morning while we were sleeping. Everytime we opened the door he just said “nevermind” and walked away. We never asked for maintenance to come nor did we ever find out what he needed. On our last day he came back, he knocked, but immediately walked in while we were changing so he saw us naked. When we told the front desk what happened all they said was “i’m sorry that happened. We will talk to him.” The hotel told us play music loud at the pool because of the surrounding neighbors, so the music at the pool was very quiet. The hours for eating and drinking were terrible, even with the all-inclusive package. The price we paid to stay here did not equal the value that was given.

Giving this hotel 3 out of 5 is probably a little harsh - in reality it's probably worth a 3.5-3.7 out of 5. Firstly the good. The location, right in the middle of Es Cana is fantastic. Especially the main restaurant which literally overlooks the bay, from all angles. If it was a private restaurant you could imagine them charging extortionate prices purely for the view - it's that good! Also I thought the food was really really good. I'm no foodie and having a severe nut allergy I always feel slightly limited for choice, but that was no issue here. Good quality, broad variety. The pool area during the day is a nice hang out. Lots of spare beds, no need to get up at the crack of dawn to secure one. All areas generally well maintained and clean. I've read reviews criticising the bar staff - no such issues for us. All polite, friendly, chatty. The animation staff were super hard working and friendly - especially the Italian lady. In terms of the room - we asked when we checked in whether there were any sea or pool view rooms available. We were offered an 'upgraded' room for an extra 20 euros a night. We took the option, but in reality I think this was a waste of money. The room was tidy and modern but small! The bathroom especially cramped. And to be honest... the room was a bit tatty. Marks and stains on the wall, there'd clearly been a leak in the bathroom at some point - the ceiling looked water-marked and the paint was peeling off. The shower was 'meh'. The room did have a pool view, but given the location of the hotel, I think 90% of rooms would have had either a pool or sea view room so not quite sure what we paid for. Given the choice again... I wouldn't bother. All inlcusive - is not all inclusive. It's full board with drinks. No ice creams, no daytime snack options outside meal times. (there's a food van but that's limited to a small time window too) The main thing that let the hotel down...was the overall service. Really, really slow - particularly at lunch and dinner time. Im not saying the staff don't work hard - the ones there do, and are lovely, but it comes across like management are running this on a shoestring. For one - there's a self service drinks area at dinner. Whilst this is good for convenience, I found myself using this more and more rather than waiting for 10-15 minutes to be asked if we wanted a drink. Plates we'd finished with, would often sit there for the whole sitting, rather than being tidied away - particularly at breakfast and lunch. There's consistently a 3-5 person queue at the bar, at anytime of the day. We came down for breakfast, very early on a couple of days, and there was still chips from last nights dinner on the restaurant floor. My wife nipped up to the room one lunchtime to get a book, whilst the maids were doing their rounds, and there was a very distressed lady member of staff, overwhelmed and stressed out. This again gave us the impression that the staff, as hardworking and as friendly as they are... are maybe pushed too hard, to the detriment of the whole experience. Do I regret staying here - absolutely not. If I knew someone that had booked to stay here, I'd positively encourage them that they'll have a nice time, but personally would probably explore other options if wanting to stay in this area again. But should there be no other better options I would return for sure, with slightly better managed expectations.

HORRIBLE! Do not stay here. The room was TINY. Couldn't even walk around the bed with the door open. The all inclusive was extremely limited. It allowed for low quality booze only and limited hours. Food was disgusting and bland. The food truck was overcooked and tiny plates. Bar staff were rude and negative the whole stay. At one point they started pouring our drinks in the back room, where all other customers had drinks poured in front of them. They seemed disgusted with all inclusive guests. Room service was not performed daily until ASKED for it. When we asked for new bath towels after 2 days they appeared confused and tried to avoid providing us with towels. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Hyatt messed up. The entertainment was lame - they are unable to turn music volume up at pool due to neighboring buildings complaints. This was advertised as a fun, Ibiza party and it was an old people melting in the sun with bad booze.

This hotel is in a great location. Staff are hit and miss. Food is very good. They could improve on the cocktails as all premix so very sweet also the floor around the pool area was often full of spilt drinks. Had a lovely time but glad we didn’t pay full price. All in all good value for the money we paid. Would stay there again as the location is great. Be warned reception staff tried to upsell us to a pool view room, luckily we said no and turned out we had one anyway.

Excellent Hotel, great location beside the beach and access to the ferry boat the travels to other points of the island. Staff friendly, restaurants good. Totally pleased with the holiday and would recommend.
