Lovely stay here, so clean, most staff friendly, good food. We went for the superior room and was glad as we then had a special pool area we could use. The rest of the pool area was busy and towels were going on to the sunbeds by 6:30 in the morning...no effort is made to prevent this. Avoid pool facing rooms if you dont like noise from the stay up lates ....

What an amazing place to stay. We recently stayed at The AluaSoul & had a fabulous week. Our room was kept lovely & clean & was quite spacious. In fact the whole hotel was kept spotlessly clean. It was slightly odd that the sink was actually in the bedroom with separate doors for the toilet & shower but we soon got used to it. There was the usual, these days, open framework for storing clothes, but plenty of room. One small problem, the wardrobe space was not long enough to accommodate longer dresses but I simply hung them over the shower & toilet doors It was nice not having to pay extra for a safe & 2 bottles of fresh water were left for us each day We were extremely impressed with ALL the staff, including the reception, cleaners, bar & restaurants & entertainment team. Well done to AluaSoul for their customer service training.They were all so pleasant & helpful. It really made the holiday a nice experience There were always either sun beds or tables/ chairs available by the pool. The lifeguard was extremely efficient & did not allow any messing about, he was quick to respond to anyone causing a problem. Also, one day, someone complained that loud music was being played by a guest on the poolside & we were told that a member of staff had a word with them immediately. That was another example of their efficiency. The entertainment was good, some nights better than others obviously, but I think there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was much better than we had experienced at other holidays. The hotel is in a great spot, some rooms overlooking the sea, but we opted for a pool view. It is in a good location, with bars & clubs a few yards away. There is also a taxi rank & bus stops very near. We are definitely returning next year & hope to have another nice week there.

Very chilled hotel with lovely food. Lots of choice. Recommend all inclusive as the pool area for premium rooms was less busy.

Lovely hotel in a great location if looking for a relaxing break. We had a superior pool view room which gave us access to an additional pool area & infinity pool. The sunbeds up there were of a higher quality too. Food was good throughout the break. Staff are all friendly & helpful too which always helps. We usually like to go out for a few meals when away but we didn't really think there was much outside of the hotel - we did go to Popeye's & Granny's for a couple of nights out though. Overall a good relaxing break - a bit too far out to go to the main party areas though.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Food is nice but basic and main restaurant feels much more like a basic canteen. All drinks at meal times are self service which leaves it very chaotic and busy to try and make a hot drink/pour water. Water feels very difficult to come by as fridges in rooms aren’t replenished and you have to pay for bottles of water. Drinks at pool bar are good quality but there is no service around the sunbeds, leaving a big queue at the bar to get your drinks. Rooms are fine but very noisy, each balcony door is very noisy when opening and housekeeping would wake us up next door early in the mornings. Overall a nice clean hotel, in a great location, however, service is definitely more of a 3 star than 4.5.

We chose this hotel for a 10 night stay because of its adult only status in a lovely location. On arrival we received a friendly greeting from Jaqueline on reception who checked us in. Our priority was to be able to use the infinity pool sun terrace and Jaqueline upgraded us from a standard pool view room to a suite with pool view which was the only upgrade option available at the time of our arrival. The suite was huge with plenty of storage space, a king size bed and everything else we needed for a comfortable stay including separate toilet and shower rooms, a separate wash basin area, free safe, a coffee percolator, a kettle and tea making provisions, a settee and large tv. There was also a jacuzzi bath but we didn’t use it. The large balcony overlooking the pool contained table and two chairs and two sun beds. One notable absence on the balcony was the lack of a clothes rail on which to hang wet towels clothes etc. Not a major issue. We were all inclusive and ate all our meals at the buffet restaurant. There was always a wide choice of quality food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Self service coffee etc machines were available at breakfast. At lunch and dinner waiting staff served drinks generally but there were also self service points where wine from the bottle, water and other drinks could be obtained. It was a pleasure for us to eat all our meals on the dining terrace outside of the buffet restaurant. This overlooked the pedestrianised promenade and part of the Es Canar coast with its spectacular views. The infinity sun bed terrace is an excellent area. It’s a green carpeted (made to look like grass) area with plenty of comfortable sun beds which are of vastly better quality than those around the two large pool terraces. It was a pleasure for us to use this terrace. Generally speaking it was peaceful and quiet most of the time which is how we like it to be. The seating area beside the outside bar is a great place to have after dinner and late evening drinks. This area is quite spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. Bar service was very good and it was nice to have available some premium drinks on all inclusive. The WiFi signal strength in our room was very good but it was very poor in communal areas particularly on the infinity pool terrace. Perhaps the management would give some consideration to installing some outside signal boosters to improve it. Finally we thank every member of staff for their service and contribution to us having had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent 7 day stay in this wonderful part of Ibiza - The hotel and the staff are excellent and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Arrived at lunchtime on first day. Reception staff were welcoming and pleasant. Rooms not ready but left luggage and had a walk around the pool area. Not many sunbeds free except on top shelf where there was loads. Asked about these at Reception to be told they were for guests in superior rooms. Told that these rooms included robes and slippers, two bottles of water every day, coffee machine, access to infinity pool and guaranteed sunbeds/brollies. We decided to upgrade €20per day per room. It was so lovely not having to worry about flipping sunbeds! To be fair, there was always some availability around the pool area. Rooms were very clean and spacious but, call me old fashioned, I didn't like the see through doors on shower and toilet. You can't see the person on the toilet but you can HEAR them! Even after 40yrs married I don't find this an amazing experience! Sink is in bedroom behind full length mirror. Ladies, the wardrobes are not suitable for normal length dresses. However, enough space for everything. Staff were lovely and helpful. Entertainment was low key but fun to join in. They worked hard on our rainy day to keep us entertained. Evening singers were OK but it must be difficult to compete with Charlie's bar literally on the doorstep. Little bar up the road called Mar Y Huerta was spot on, with a quiz and happy hour 9.30-10.30. 4 pints and 4 disorranu and coke €19 bargain! Food was beautiful day in day out. No complaints at all. A la carte wonderful. Things that niggled - paid for superior room got terrible WiFi and tv Reception. Wardrobes can't hang a dress See through shower/toilet doors. Water gurgles through sink for ages after emptying. No washing line on balcony. Having said all of above, would we return? Absolutely, in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great time 😎

Lovely hotel and location is spot on. We would definatley stay again but they do need to get better on the inclusive drinks, poor and couldnt drink after 2days. Buffett breakfast very good, Lunch good, Evening Average at best.

You do not get what you pay for at this hotel. Lovely place and some staff very accommodating. Others do not care. All inclusive guests treated poorly compared to others.
