Without doubt the best hotel I’ve been to, from the complimentary welcome drink to the restocking of water bottles everyday in the room. Special mention to Maria for the amazing treatments, and Felix on the bar, absolute delight. Will 100% be booking next year.

Please rectify the cleanliness of the swimming pool . There is a line of green slime /Algae right around the pool . The sun beds that are resting in the shallow water are covered underneath in the same green slime / Algae . The industry cleaning standards that are always quoted in feed back must be quite low . The sun beds are in a poor state of repair many broken and badly stained . The outside chairs and tables are sticky . The sofas in the entertainment area are also badly stained. Surely this is an easy issue to fix ? The staff are hardworking and helpful but obviously not enough of them . The hotel is in a great setting and the buffet food is good not great certainly not as good as the specialist restaurant . This could be a much better hotel if these issues are corrected

An amazing stay at the AluaSoul Ibiza. The entire experience was well better than we expected before we got there. In fact probably one of the best adult only hotels that we have stayed at in Spain. The resort is quaint and not very big, so if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle yet still have a crowd in the hotel to mix with them this is the place for you. The food is fantastic, the entertainment is great and the bar staff are lovely and go out of their way to join in the fun of the hotel and really make you feel that you are on holiday with their dancing and occasional singing.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider keine Liebe mehr bekomme. Nur noch Massen Abfertigung ! Aber gut die Preis darf man auch nicht mehr erwarten. Team u Personal war nett

Currently here at the moment , hotel is its normal excellent standard of its hospitality, food, rooms and all staff ! Nothing is too much trouble if you need anything so this is why we are regular visitors ! A couple of negative issues though ….. it’s not the hotel it’s some of the negative feedbacks by some people who if they bothered to do a little research would know regarding the bedroom showers / WC instead of keep posting about the layouts 🤪 and it’s done by posters who leave minimal feedbacks so a bit suspect that one ! Just coming out of the end of the storm and my god one person in the pool when we had a tiny glimpse of the sun , just hope the person is not filled with booze !! Doesn’t take much to say please or thank you to the waitress/ waiter! Manners go a long way ! But apart from that another first class stay so thank you all at the soul and we will certainly cross paths again ❤️

The location of this hotel was perfect it's right on the seafront. Reception nice and staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was really nice with a great selection of food, lovely seating outside looking over the sea. The rooms are tired and need a complete overhaul. Room 2131 has a great big palm tree outside it so absolutely no view at all. No bathroom as such just two rooms with opaque doors, not nice at all for privacy. The carpets throughout the hotel are disgusting tired and dirty. The pool area was nice however the floor was sticky from drinks that had been split the day before. Loads of uncomfortable sunbeds. If you are looking for a three star hotel right on the front and aren't worried about the hotel then maybe it a good choice for you.

Visited this hotel with my girlfriends as a birthday celebration. The hotel is great and exceeded our expectations! It's beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, staff are warm and friendly, special shout out to Manolo, Carlos and Felix at the bar as well as Valentina in entertainment who were all so lovely! The food was also very good, I personally particularly enjoyed having delicious, fresh seafood every day! Being very picky I'd say the AI cocktails could be better and the gym should open earlier than 10am but overall we had an amazing time and would not hesitate to recommend or return!

Lovely clean hotel next to the pedestrian area by the sea in es canar. Food excellent for breakfast and evening meals, plenty of choice even if your a fussy eater. Had a slight hiccup with the 1st room, as the toilet was behind the door (older style room,in block 1, not the open plan one ) wife has mobility issues so was not very convenient to use, asked reception if they could help, thankfully they had an accessibility room available that we could have, thanks to reception staff for this ♥️. The room overlooked the pool in block 2, newer block, nice big walk-in shower and raised toilet with bars. Pool area very clean and sunbeds always available, but some had towels on , until people arrived much later !! 3 pools available one has a slope which was very accessible, also had steps round the other side, 2nd pool had steps, A 3rd pool is up on a terrace reserved for superior rooms. Staff all seem pleasant , were half board, but most people were all inclusive, could get drinks without much wait. Entertainment was on at night, various styles of singers. Would return again

Excellent hotel, clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. Pools are great and plenty of sunbeds and hanging chairs to relax. Biggest surprise was how good the food was, Excellent variety to suit all tastes and everything was homemade. Breakfast covered all tastes with a variety of freshly baked breads, pastries and fresh fruit and every cooked breakfast item you could want. Very special to eat breakfast and dinner outside looking at the sea. Great atmosphere. Would recommend.

Location very central to Es Cana, near to bars and restaurants. Next door to Charlie's bar, however this will make the rooms facing the sea or side next to the bar noisy and although the bar does close its doors at 12pm, when they are clearing up at 3am you will hear bottles being put into bins, so if you are a light sleeper opt for a pool view room!! Hotel staff really helpful/friendly and hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room due to being a light sleeper which was much appreciated. Food is standard HB/FB/AI fare in buffet restaurant, we were HB and always found something to eat although some of it could do with being a bit hotter! Rooms are compact, we were in a superior pool view, there isn't a lot of storage, no length to wardrobes to accommodate dresses. Toilet/shower area being just glazed spaces didn't really bother us, but we have been married a long time! Kept very clean by the housekeeping team so no complaints there.
