Friendly welcome, very comfortable room (room 3) with a lovely sea view and a great shower. Breakfast was promptly served and good quality. Absolutely nailed it, many thanks.
Nice single room. but toilet and shower was across the hall ! Breakfast served only between 8 & 9, so no good if you want a lay in on holiday.

In room 12, lots of stairs to get there. Was forearned but if you have mobility difficulties be sure to opt for a room on lower floors. Shame the room didn’t have sea views as the location is absolutely beautiful
Very welcoming people, felt instantly relaxed. Bed really comfy, big bath, family friendly. Amazing views From front. Building looks very welcoming at night with purple lights to the front steps. Overall lovely stay. My only thing would be to make sure you are ok with stairs, it’s a large property.
Generally pretty good, but breakfast could have been better.
Fab location and amazing sea view in the room we stayed in. Check in was quick and easy. Lots of choice for breakfast, which was good. All in all a fab stay and we will definitely be back. Thanks
Excellent guesthouse on the West Cliff side of Whitby. Superb breakfast. A lot of stairs if you are on an upper floor, so not recommended for the physically infirm!

Very nice guesthouse with lovely views. Very clean room with large ensuite and lovely large bed and choice of pillows. Quick and efficient check-in and good breakfast.
