The stairs was an nightmare going up to your rooms. But the rooms where beautiful, but you could smell the drains when u open the bathroom window.

We had fun here. Owners are brilliant and attended to every need. A few stairs to climb but heyho, we felt fitter after the weekend. Comfortable beds and lovely breakfasts.
Great sea view from top floor room (payoff being the 90 odd stairs climbed from street level). Nicely decorated room, however there was an unpleasant odour like wet dog on arrival which never fully aired off. Well stocked refreshments tray and nice toiletries. Excellent breakfast choice (order the night before) and cereals / spreads / preserves all branded. On check in, advised that they rarely receive customer communications sent via the Expedia portal (in this case, a query about arrival after the 7pm cut off for check in) - would recommend that you contact Emma and Zed directly to avoid any confusion.
