"Charming Guest House. A+"

The owners were very pleasant and helpful; we would definitely stay here again. The house is very easy to find and is centrally located. The room and house were kept in very good order, and the breakfast was delicious.

"Great location, friendly owners!"

Central location with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was really cozy and comfy. Very friendly owners and great full English Breakfast. Very good value for money. Would recommend it to family or friends.

"Check around"

Pleasant enough accomodation, but up two flights of stairs (no lift). Small shower. No leeway on breakfast time (8:30), so be there or miss it. Mind you, it was like so many English B&B's, very mediocre cooking of standard fare, so you might want to take a pass anyway. For the price there's probably a better hotel nearby, but we didn't take the time to look.

"Too Many Steps"

Room was basic but there were 21 steps from the street to the entrance and an additional 30 steps to our room--hostess said, "You feel as if you have walked to heaven." That is not what we felt. Breakfasts were good and hostess suggested excellent restaurants. Location was quite convenient for train station and restaurants. We couldn't use the lovely garden due to rainy weather.
