It was very nice property staff was nice. Food was good good value for money the history of the property was nice overall would stay again

No lift for bags but it was a old building

Friendly helpful staff. Stressfree. Enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast was ideal.

Front step very difficult. Front door access is not easy.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was great and central to where we wanted to go.

Booklet said the rooms were cleaned daily, tea and coffee replenished daily and food served until 7pm on Sundays. Room wasn't cleaned any time we were there (3 nights). Tea and coffee not replenished at any time unless requested at the bar. No food served at any time on Sunday and nowhere local open serving food apart from Indian across the road (where we had eaten the night before) ended up with a Chinese takeaway, which we were allowed to eat in the hotel. No wardrobe as room was too small.

Location busy high street but much as expected.breakfast saved the day plentiful hot and fresh.

Room basic and drabe.Appreciate the building was old. However good lick of paint and some new carpet desperately required.Gratefull that the pulsating music was switched off at 11pm but not the best of sleeps.
