Best hotel on island island if your looking for quiet getaway

We called the reception as soon as we got off the boat at Muelle Pier and in no time, our ride came and we were at the hotel in 5 minutes or so. Marie, the girl at the reception area, welcomed us with a big smile, and that was just the beginning of the fantastic service we experienced from the friendly staff. A few steps from the Reception Area is the most breathtaking view of Puerto Galera. The hotel itself is a beautiful mansion with wonderful architectural details and furnishings. The food at the restaurant was good and there were a lot of choices (local and international dishes) for the free breakfast. Unlike the hotels at White Beach where it is noisy and crowded, this hotel is so peaceful and serene. All of these made our stay at The Manor at Puerto Galera a truly unforgettable experience.

This is probably the best accommodation you can find in the island. Comfy beds, clean bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast that comes free with the room is good. The only downside is the location. It is far from White Beach, although accessible via tricycle. If I would visit again, I will definitely stay here and wouldn't mind if I have to pay extra for the ride going to the beach. The resorts along White Beach are more expensive and would pale in comparison to the quality of rooms of the Manor.

Nice hotel but very far from bars and restaurants, is not close close to the beach either, felt isolated during my stay.

The room was good with a very nice view from our balcony but the bathroom was so small with spider web. The hotel is not located near the beachfront so you need to walk around 10 minutes to be in the beach. Staff was friendly and nice.

Just a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Galera...great location, vey unique, wonderful views, and wonderful people. I stayed here two years ago and had to come back...the pool is super as well as the warm, response, and friendly staff. The Manor has it altogether. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel and service, little distance from town

Had a very relaxed stay. Hotel staff are helpful and pleasant. My request for an electric kettle in the room was promptly and graciously fulfilled.The room was nicely appointed, had excellent views of the sea and the greenery of nature from the room balcony.Though it would be nicer to have bedside table lamps so that after switching off the lights in the room, you dont have to walk in the dark to your bed. Wifi wa savailable only on the 2nd floor of the hotel, not in the room. To me that was a small issue. Both White Beach and Sabang are within 20 mins drive from the hotel. The nearest port of entry is Muelle and the hotel arranges a complimentary pick up and drop off. IN all, excellent stay, great hotel, great service, will come again
