"Good location - very friendly - could do more with the facilities"

Friendly check in - great breakfast

Walls are quite thin so our dog could hear people moving in the hall till after midnight which made him bark - and probably disturbed other guests as well 🙈

Could have been cleaner overall. Room was ok but stairs and entrance hall grubby. Looked abit unloved, in need of a spruce up and tlc

"Harbour House B&B"

The beds were really comfy and the breakfast was hit and tasty. The hosts were friendly & helpful.

Overall the B&B was dirty in some places (stairs) and tired in its overall appearance, which wasn't very welcoming.
