Reasonably priced and good location - although more than noise given it is right by the harbour. Breakfast was generous and excellent.

The initial entry set a bad impression and there was a smell of cigarette smoke but not in our accommodation.

"Awful.. don't go there !!!"

Absolutely nothing

Everything. Disgusting. Filthy. Mould in bathroom. Extractor fan squealed. Just generally dirty. Front door looks like it's been rammed by the police. Breakfast awful. Didn't eat it. Absolutely stinks of cigarette smoke. Owners were smoking in the hotel and it reeks. Thought it was illegal to smoke in an establishment now?!!
