"Almost perfect"

We had a perfect stay. The A/C was welcome in the blistering heat and everything was top quality.

Only, that there was a slight fracas in MPW that I’m sure everyone knows about, but the staff handled the whole thing very well considering the abuse that was being hurled at them.

"Excellent price, excellent staff, excellent room. Everything was perfect."

The room was lovely and clean. We had an issue with our room key but the staff quickly came to the 4th floor where our room was to resolve the issue for us. We were even given a complimentary drinks voucher to apologise for the issue we had. The breakfast was stunning, the staff were fantastic. Will be returning again.

"Disaster"

Nothing

There is no hot water, so I was unable to take a shower. The air conditioning filter/unit is full of dust. There is a beeping sound repeating approximately every 5 seconds, making it impossible to sleep and seriously affecting the comfort of the room.

"Lovely hotel in good location but compromised parking"

Lovely reception area with welcoming cold iced water. Smart, clean rooms. Good location for uni and nice waterside location.

The car park was nightmarish and full. Had to park in multi-storey. Didn’t want to leave Range Rover, packed with uni stuff in multi storey car park so I didn’t stay overnight in the end. While I was resting in the afternoon, an alarm went off twice!

"Could have been better"

Great location for restaurants and city centre

The bed was very uncomfortable bed springs creaking and noisy very poor quality or very old mattress. The air conditioner was not working stated the filters needed attention.
