"Disappointing and wouldn’t rush back"

Clean and comfortable rooms.

We were unfortunately disturbed by a couple next door, arguing and being violent. This was dealt with swiftly by staff. We were located right next to the lifts on floor 1; very noisy. We were also disturbed by a squeaking noise every 3 to 10 mins through the night - I got no sleep. The black out curtains don’t fit the windows and let the light in, so on top of disturbances all night the room was bright by 4.45am which meant a poor night sleep overall.

"Brilliant hotel in the best location in town."

Location perfect right on the water in the middle of the waterfront bars and restaurants five minutes walk from the city centre. Breakfast good quality and plentiful with a very wide choice but would have thought black pudding would not have gone amiss. Air conditioning a great bonus on the hottest late may bank holiday on record.

Car park pricey compares to the public car park only a two.minute walk away. Bar prices though not bad.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Location close to pubs and restaurants but not loud

Pillows were to soft for me. Apart from that could not fault the stay

Bed was great, carpark was great, shower was great aircon was fantastic and the warm cookie topped it all off 🤍

Wasn’t able to log into Netflix on the TV, wasn’t told what time breakfast ended so nearly missed it
