This was our fourth stay at the Hilton over the past two years, and once again the experience was fantastic. The service is always amazing, which is why we keep coming back. My husband has also stayed here for four weeks on two separate occasions and had nothing but positive things to say about his time at the hotel. The rooms are always lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel itself is immaculate throughout. The restaurant upstairs is on the more expensive side, but the food is absolutely delicious and well worth treating yourself to. The Electric Bar is also a great place to relax, offering wonderful views across Brayford Pool. The location couldn’t be better. Situated right on the Brayford Waterfront, it’s only a three-minute walk to Lincoln High Street, with pubs, bars, restaurants, and entertainment right on the doorstep. We would also highly recommend taking a trip on the Brayford Belle boat – it’s a lovely experience and a great way to visit one of the local pubs. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they genuinely make the place special. Thank you to the whole team for another wonderful stay. We look forward to returning again soon!

Excellent location at the waterfront, view of the cathedral from the restaurant is great, food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent

Please do something about the air conditioning in the rooms. It appears to be centrally controlled but despite asking politely twice to have the noise reduced and being told by reception that a staff member would come to the room to help no-one arrived. I would have needed earplugs to get more than a few hours sleep and drank a large bottle of water during the night due to the dry air being pumped out by a loud fan

Great to get porridge for breakfast

Room was clean and tidy. Staff were attention on check out. Really lovely facilities and would definitely book again. Great location too!
