"Excellent"

The bed in the assisted room needs attention very uncomfortable no support for the body at all. Staff need a bit of training about allergies a young girl was using the tongs from the tomato's to top up the sausages, but there are signs for gluten free options when I said that is cross contamination and could make someone ill she said that the guests did it and that it was hard to stop them but she should of led by example.

Good location for night out in Lincoln. I arrived early and the reception staff checked and my room was ready so they let me check in early. The welcome cookie was good too.

Our stay was lovely, the room was comfortable but we enjoyed our previous room we had last time. We enjoyed the breakfast sadly the sausage and mushrooms arent to our taste. We also enjoy cocktail bar, fantastic place to relax, chill and enjoy the view. Your team are friendly, welcoming with level professional. I would happily definitely recommend to friends and family

Our last stay we loved the room, they only concern for me was getting out of the bath from after showering. I found the mat slippy on the bathroom tiles. That why l went for a shower this time. We found that there wasn't much choice with the lights all on or off. I also would have like a small mirror at the dressing table to do my hair and makeup. We was concerning going to steakhouse for a family meal. When we arrived on friday, we made enquiries regarding gulten free options. Choices were extremely limited.
